Jack Halbert began his dance training at the age of five at Charmette Academy of Dance. Because his older sister danced, he wanted to dance too. Jack has trained in ballet, jazz, tap, modern, contemporary, hip-hop, and acrobatics. In 2013, he accepted a scholarship to continue his training with the University of Arizona School of Dance. He was privileged to perform works by Michael Williams, Sam Watson, James Clouser, Sherry Zunker, and Jose Limon, and had the opportunity to perform with WATSon dance in Germany and Italy. In May of 2017, he graduated summa cum laude with a B.F.A. in dance as well as a minor in sports management. He is currently a member of Giordano II in his first season with Giordano Dance Chicago. Jack loves coming home to teach at his second home, Charmette.
