Amanda’s love of dance began at just three years old in 1985, when her mom enrolled her at Charmette Academy of Dance. From that very first class, Amanda fell in love with dance—and that passion has remained a part of her life ever since.
During her 15 years at Charmette, Amanda competed in countless regional and national dance competitions, assisted with teaching younger dancers, and was a member of the Northwest High School Varsity Dance Team. After graduating high school, she went on to earn her BA in Interior Design from SIBA.
Amanda has been with BJC HealthCare for the past 15 years and currently works as a Supervisor of Health Information Management. Outside of work, she is a proud mom to an 11-year-old son and a 15-year-old daughter, who shares her mom’s love of dance.
Amanda is so excited to continue doing what she has loved since she was three years old—sharing her passion, experience, and love of dance with her students. She feels incredibly fortunate to watch her students grow in confidence, creativity, and skill each week, and she can’t wait to see where their love of dance takes them!
